Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Trailblazer Awards event. While the evening brought a few unexpected challenges we were proud to honor NCDP Chair Anderson Clayton's leadership and present her with her Trailblazer Award afterward.
We are incredibly grateful to Senator Terence Everitt for being our featured speaker, and for Secretary of State Elaine Marshall and Sheriff Willie Rowe who stepped up to deliver thoughtful, energizing remarks that reminded us why strong Democratic leadership matters in North Carolina.
To those who navigated delays, traffic, and long drives to be with us — THANK YOU! And for those who couldn’t make it this time, we hope you’ll join us next month!
We’re already working to deliver an excellent program for our next meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and we’ll be announcing our featured speaker in the coming days.

At just 26 years old, Anderson has made national headlines as the youngest state party chair in the country, bringing fresh energy and an unshakable commitment to organizing in every corner of our state. From small towns to big cities, she’s working tirelessly to build a stronger, more inclusive Democratic future.
